Why Adults and Working Professionals?
The challenges of life don't end once a career is launched or a business is established. As a certified neurodiversity-informed life coach and leadership coach, I partner with adults who want to keep learning, growing, and moving forward.
Together we explore what’s getting in the way and uncover what is possible. Coaching offers practical tools, mindful support, and strategies tailored to each client’s goals and unique ways of thinking. Some clients feel stuck, and others aren’t sure where to begin. Through coaching we identify a path that feels doable, aligned, and meaningful.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No. You don't need a diagnosis (ADHD or other) to benefit from coaching. Many of my clients aren't diagnosed.
I've tried a bunch of systems already. What's different about this?
You're not alone. A lot of my clients come to coaching after trying planners, apps, productivity hacks, or advice that promised to "fix" things. I don't believe in easy fixes, because this isn't about fixing you. It's about gaining awareness and building something that makes sense for you.
We don't start with someone else's system. We start with how your brain works, what your days actually look like, and what's already helping. even a little. Coaching is about noticing what gets in the way, finding what supports your momentum, and creating tools and habits that feel natural, not exhausting. We're building something real and sustainable.
Is coaching like therapy?
Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on emotional healing and mental health. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps you build self-awareness, strengthen executive function skills, and create practical strategies for daily life. Many clients find a multimodal approach (working with both a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist and a coach) to be effective.
What if I start and don't follow through?
That fear is real and common. Many of my clients worry they'll lose momentum or "fail" at coaching. We talk about that openly. Coaching isn't about perfection; it's about showing up, experimenting, reflecting, and growing with support.
You won't be doing this alone. You'll have structure, tools, and someone in our corner. We also build in daily text check-ins to help you stay connected to the process and deepen your awareness along the way.
How do I know if this kind of support is right for me?
If you're overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly second-guessing yourself, coaching might be the support you're looking for. You don't have to figure that out alone. A free consultation can help us talk through your needs and see if this feels like the right next step.
How will I know you are the right coach for me?
During our initial conversations, we’ll explore whether this feels like the right fit. I truly believe coaching is most effective when both client and coach feel comfortable and connected in the relationship.
Feel free to interview me, ask questions, and get a sense of my style. If it’s helpful, I’m happy to share the names of other trusted coaches for you to speak with.

She's been able to help me connect dots that have allowed me to see how far I've come in difficult circumstances. Her presence is calm and nurturing.
