Mindfulness is woven throughout my coaching approach as a way to slow down, notice patterns, and make intentional choices.  It helps clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and habits without judgment, creating space for self-compassion and meaningful change.

Scientific research continues to show that mindfulness can improve focus, emotional regulation, and even strengthen areas of the brain linked to decision-making and self-awareness.  It’s a powerful tool for both personal insight and growth.
