Meet Ana

Neurodiversity-informed ADHD & Executive Functions Life Coach

My path to coaching began in an unexpected way.

After earning my Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, I worked in Latin America, with organizations like USAID and the World Bank focusing on human rights, and justice reform.  These experiences shaped my commitment to helping people create meaningful change.  Whether through advocacy, teaching, or coaching, my work has always centered on empowering others to live with clarity, purpose, and heart.

When I returned to the United States to raise my sons, I didn't expect to start a new career.  One day, the school counselor mentioned I'd make a great executive function coach.  She may not remember it, but her words changed everything.

Today, I'm a PCC-certified life coach with over 17 years of experience specializing in neuro-informed ADHD and Executive Function coaching. I hold certifications through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and completed their intensive Leadership program.  I also received specialized ADHD/Executive Function training from JST Coaching and Training, where I later served as a coach trainer and co-designed their Coaching Neurodivergent Learners course.

Who Am I as a Coach?

The best way to understand my coaching style is through the experiences of my clients.  I invite you to visit the Client Voices page to learn how we’ve partnered together to create lasting, meaningful change.

My Coaching Philosophy

I have the privilege of partnering with clients to explore life with curiosity, purpose, and a deep belief in their inner resourcefulness. Together, we uncover strengths, build skills, and develop the self-awareness needed to thrive.

My approach is:

  • Strengths-Based: We focus on uncovering and amplifying what's already strong, capable, and unique.  Lasting change doesn’t come from “fixing” what’s wrong, but from building on strengths.  From that foundation, we address challenges.  Helping others learn and grow into their strengths remains at the heart of what I do.

  • Neuro-Informed: I understand and respect neurodiverse differences, and I work with my clients to explore how their brains function, across areas like attention, memory, motivation, and emotional regulation. Together, we co-create strategies that align with cognitive strengths, not a one-size-fits-all model.

  • Client-Centered: I work side by side with my clients,  honoring their pace, their story, and their way forward.

  • At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief:
    Differences are not deficits.
There’s no single "right" way to think, learn, or engage with the world. I celebrate these differences, recognizing them as powerful strengths, not obstacles to overcome.

Why I Love This Work

As you’ve read, I didn’t follow the typical path after earning my law degree. I believe success isn’t about fitting into someone else’s mold, it’s about creating a life that reflects your unique gifts, strengths, and vision.

For me, coaching isn’t just about goals or problem-solving. It’s about helping people reconnect with purpose, build self-trust, and create lives that are both successful and soul-nourishing.

Watching someone step into their potential on their own terms, is one of the greatest honors of my life. I’m deeply grateful to walk alongside my clients as they clarify their goals, strengthen self-awareness, and live with authentic meaning and fulfillment.
